Prices are as follows. All prices do not include P&P which is based on weight, the costs of which are detailed further down this page. Postage costs are also clearly displayed at the checkout.

All prices are in UK Sterling.

Terms and Conditions

We are able tp accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. These are processed by a secure third party server called Protx . Snugglytots cannot access your card details nor are they stored anywhere on our website.

We also accept Paypal.

We can only take cheques in UKSterling - made payable to 'Snugglytots'. Postal orders are also welcome.

Custom orders cannot be sewn until payment has been received. Instock items will not be despatched until payment has been received and cleared.

We currently only ship to the UK and Europe for insurance purposes.

Items are sent via First Class Royal Mail - if customers wish to have their parcel sent Recorded Delivery you can choose this option at checkout.

Should a parcel go missing in the post and you have not requested Recorded Delivery then we will happily supply a replacement (if available) but this will be after 10 working days has passed from the date the original parcel was posted.

Postage and Packing is based on weight. Postage for orders of light items, such as hats, start at just 50pence.

Please note: it may cost more to send two or more products. Postal prices are displayed clearly at checkout.

We will not be held responsible for any pricing errors on the website, although we make every effort to ensure the website is accurate. If after you have placed your order there is a mistake on the price of your order will will let you know as soon as possible giving you the option to cancel or reorder.

We often link to other websites - Snugglytots is not responsible for the content of these websites.

Delivery times for custom made items will vary according to season and current order levels. You will be kept fully informed of the status of your order at all times, however for custom made items despatch time should be expected to be at least 14 working days from time of order. During busy times , ie winter and cold spells, please allow up to 21 days before despatch. Our current despatch time is clearly displayed on the main page of the website. We feel this is an excellent turnaround time for items which are handmade just for you.

The price you pay for the item is clearly stated on the site, and is subject to a shipping fee as detailed above. The total price is clearly displayed on the shopping cart at the point of sale.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product you are entitled to a refusnd as long as the item is returned unused and unwashed within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for ensuring it reaches us safely - please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate when posting the item. This is free. In the unfortunate event that the item goes missing on its return journey to us the responsibility will lie with you to make the claim with the Royal Mail.

If you are at all concerned on colour match, please do request samples before ordering. All our items are custom made, and a great deal of time could be saved for both parties if samples are seen before an item is constructed.

Postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or there has been a mistake on our part (wrong item/colour etc)

Faulty items will always be refunded in full (including return postage) or replaced depending on the customers wishes.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Should you wish to exchange your item for another one of the same or higher value, you may return the product (at your own expense, unless it is faulty as detailed above) within 14 days of receipt in an unused and unwashed condition. The original order (minus the cost of postage) will be refunded to you, and you can place a new order through the website.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* phone number
* email address
* credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

We may occasionally send you information leaflets detailing other small businesses with your order. Please tell us at checkout if you would rather not receive these.
