Faulty Goods

If an item arrives faulty please contact us and we will offer technical support via phone, email or live chat to identify and rectify the problem and send out the replacement parts needed. If we are unable to resolve the issue via these methods we will request to collect the goods at our own cost and have 1 of our skilled technicians repair the item.
